Hi, I want to make a gingerbread dough tonight, to put in the fridge to make a gingerbread house tomorrow. But I have no molasses. Or butterscotch pudding mix, or corn syrup, I can't find my honey, and I can't get to a store. Since it'll be a gingerbread house, the taste isn't a huge deal to me, considering odds are I won't be eating it.. BUT the consistency matters, because when I bake it, I don't want it to puff up too much, that it won't hold a shape for my house. Or should I really just wait until tomorrow to get molasses, because that seems like it'd be a safer idea anyway? Thanks!c:
