Gift ideas for Grandma-in-law...?

I need some cute Christmas ideas for my Grandma-in-law. She's a sweet woman, but I really only see her a couple times a year so it's hard to guess what to get her. She's very active (works at her church's resale shop) and she likes a good glass of wine. My sister-in-law got her a Ghirardelli hot chocolate set. Any ideas?

P.S. I won't see her until next week so I'm not doing this QUITE as last minute as it appears. :o)
