Gifts for the professors are not customary. However, I do not see the harm in giving each a simple gift like a box of chocolates. I am a teacher and students typically only give Christmas gifts. Also, I am a doctoral student. Throughout my college career, I did not give any professor a gift, including ones who later became my personal friends.
