Gift for good luck in a new business?

My mom's co-worker is opening a yoga studio. She wants to give her a gift for good luck and prosperity in her new business. What should she give her? We need some ideas. Thank you in advance to all answers.

A painting (of whatever you want. Fruits, flowers, fishes, dancers, etc), framed. So that she could hand up your gift in her yoga stuido.
