Gibraltar Double bass pedal help?

I have a Gibraltar Velocity 3311DB double pedal. It is offset. My right pedal's beater tends to be more forward than my left one and almost touching the bass drum, thus resulting in that the right beater does not spring back all the way. My left beater is is fine I just need to fix the right one.
Any suggestions
