Ghost shrimp breeding?

I have 16 ghost shrimp and just put 8 in a breeding tank. I was thinking that when I saw one with eggs I will just seclude the mom. but last time I did that she molted and I never saw babies. What should I do? I bought a tank that makes babies go under the mom but idk if it will work
