Ghost game? Is this true?

Ok so my friend and I went to a friends birthday party and played a game. what you do is you rest your leg on someones lap and they rub ur temples while another person tell you a ghost story(and btw this is all in the dark) what you have to do is visualize it in ur head. when the person tells you to lean up they look to see if you have scratches on ur back if you do then no ghost likes you and if you dont they like you. heres the twist me and my friend played and we were the only ones with scratches on our back
