I bought a ghd straightener, after 2 weeks the cable was broken and I send it to the ghd customer services...today i called them and they told that is not genuine!!!!!
Someone bought already something from them? The website looks perfect and even package and stuff inside(dvd etc)
Of course the don't have any telephone number and the "contact us" section is not working!
What can I do now?
