Philadelphia named Barbara Monaco? Both lovely ladies are from Philadelphia, both are using their real names and both resemble each other to boot. I'm betting that they are sisters. Any biography of Kelly's that you read states that she is the third of five sisters whose family moved from Philly to the Poconos. Can anyone give me a definite answer and proof of answer?
