I am currently 34 wks pregnant with my second child and am starting to think of how i will ever get my pre baby body back for the second time while having two children..... I was thinking of getting a cross trainer or a treadmill but am not sure what is better and also wanted to do a detox afew mnths after the baby was born but im not sure if this is possible whilst breastfeeding.
Does anyone have any handy tips or hints to help me make up an exercise program to work around two children ( also dad works away alot so its usually just me n the kids)
