Getting The Sprint Htc Evo through Freedom Network Group?

Hey I want to get the htc evo but I owe sprint money due to financial problems at that time but I found a guy that works for freedom network group and he says I can get the evo from them since it a different company and I only have to pay a $100 deposit and the evo will but under sprints network coverage and its no contract.
