I put my daughter's sim card into my old 8700g and the t-zones icon disappeared, along with the browser. We do have the $5.99 web plan on her line and t-zones showed up on her other phone. Is there any way to get it back on this berry so she can use it? She doesn't have the blackberry plan on it, just the regular phone/sms/web plan.

It may be as simple as resending your service books and reregistering your device. Goto (on your berry)

I tried that zim but it didn't work. And it is running 4.2. I called T-mo and they said there was a problem with T-zones anyways (but it's working fine on both my berry and my hubby's cell). But after we found out that OZ messenger wouldn't work with just the regular non-berry plans, I guess she's going back to her old phone.
