So I bought the Palm Pre from them and LOVE IT. But it broke, so my friend convinced me to just trade it for the hero (because of the apps....i was convinced it would be jsut as good). So i did, and I must say the htc hero is THE WORST PHONE I have ever used. IT IS SOOOOOOOOOOO slow. It will ring and then all of a sudden lock up and wont let me answer. UGH its just so difficult, i almost threw it out the window today. Anyways I think I am going to call them on monday or something and tell them that I am going to cancel my service because the phone is horrible. Do you think they will give me the option to do an early upgrade/Discounted phone (I have only had service for 3 months, I will send them the hero, i just dont want it any more. ITs driving me crazy).
