Getting shorter scene hair cut in summer donating hair to Locks Of love if long enough.?

Short, maybe razor-ed ends, longish side bangs, lots of layers.
Right now I have brunette hair.I think its what you call two-toned?
The bottom is darker,kinda close to black sometimes, then its light, top can be light to.

I have blue eyes.Straight hair.
I wanna dye it but not sure what color,black or blonde, with a colored bangs,red,blue purple,ETC.

So what are some things I could do it besides teasing, like what head bands would good, little ponytail's, if I go swimming how should I do, how to curl it,and wear it to like weddings or dates.

I want a few pictures ,on photo-bucket, of the haircut, like side views, Im getting all that I can, to print them out.

What are somethings I can do to care of my hair now.
I don't use heat tools, don't blow dry, rinse with cold water.

When I get it cut, I think I will have about 10 inch's off,if my hair grows right.How do I send it to locks of love?
