Hi. I'm here because i have a great prob and its ruining my life. It started like last year, stoped for some months and just started again. When I walk for a while, run or when im embarrassed, i get itches all over my back and front part of the body. Well its not really itches its more like someone pricking me with a needle on my body. It lasts for around 5 -10 mins and when its over, I get goose pumps on the scratchy parts. If i apply pressure ( like touch ) on my back or tummy it becomes red.

I can't do sports anymore because of this. Please someone help me!

(excuse me for my bad english)

Sounds like Physical Urticaria. It's a type of hives.

Regular hives or allergies might be caused by dust, pollen, animal dander or a food allergy.

Physical Urticaria can be caused by one or more of these; cold, heat, sunlight, water, pressure, scratching (or any minor injury), exercise, strong emotions, or sweat.

Allergy medication can help reduce the itching, you'll need to talk to your doctor about which one is right for you.

Sounds exactly like heat rash, which is a common condition in which areas of the skin itch intensely and often feel prickly, or sting, due to overheating. Heat rash looks like tiny bumps surrounded by a zone of red skin. It usually occurs on clothed parts of the body, such as the back, abdomen, neck, upper chest, groin, or armpits and goes away on its own within a few days.

Heat rash begins with excessive perspiration. The perspiration damages cells on the surface of the skin, forming a barrier and trapping sweat beneath the skin, where it builds up, causing the characteristic bumps. As the bumps burst and sweat is released, you may feel the prickly, or stinging, sensation that gives this condition its common name.
