R ruth ann New member Sep 13, 2010 #1 I have been getting really bad heat flashes lately. I live in Arizona. But I'm always in a cold room when I get them. It hasn't haven't before. It started 2 days ago. And it feels like I'm going to pass out. What could this be? What should I do?
