Getting pulled over in someone else's car?

Hi, i was borrowing my friends car tonight and i got pulled over. I want to make sure that only my licensee/insurance will go up and that her parents or whoever doesn't have to know about it, because they dont like her lending out her car (obviously). I just want to make sure i get all the blame for this and she wont be in any trouble with the law or with her insurance company. Thanks

p.s. I'm in New Orleans, Louisiana (not sure if different states have different laws...)
