Getting Pregnant Off Pre cu m, Not That high of a chance?

Is there really that high of a chance of getting pregnant off of pre cu m. i do know that it is technically possible. i'm not dumb. but really, its not that high of a chance right. cuz, lots of people like to say its this huge chance. but i have to disagree. its a much higher chance if the guy actually ejaculates inside of you. so the pull out method would work most of the time, if the guy pulled out in time? thanks
