Getting picture from camera to computer

I took a picture with my Audiovox 8910 and would like to move it to my computer. Is there a way I can do this? If so please give me detailed instructions because I am new to this world!

Yeah, you can simply send it to your computer as a picture message.
Go to messaging
Select NEW PHOTO MESSAGE
The camera will start(you can take a picture), or select one from the gallery
In the SENT TO area: type your email address
the message body will contain the picture
Type in a Subject and send it.
Check your email, and save the picture
