getting pics off my phone

hello i have a data cable for my audiovox 8900 and am having trouble with getting images from my phone to my computer. i'm using this software PCSync that came with the cable from ebay and it downloade my phone book but won't do the pictures. any advice on different software or drivers etc.? thanks

If your lookin for a quick way (sadly might cost money) just send the pic to yourself in MMS!!

This might be a dum question but have you tried calling your image support for your carrier???

I found this for the cable and USB driver:
