Getting passwords and history off computer?

Is there a way for me to check what passwords are being used and webite, chat history off my computer. all the history, cache and all that has been erased. i heard you can use c prompt to get the info i am looking for. In other words I want to see what my husband has been doing online and how can i do this without paying some company to do it. thanks
i tried talking, hes a liar.
i am using internet explorer and its a pc
 
well if you go to the sidebar and go to history you can erase all the things youve done within the time frame of 1 week and passwords all i have to say is delete the accounts!
