he recently lost his job due to back stabbing for his management position. he then was thinking about getting unemployment and said that the owner was paying him with personal checks. he doesn't have a print out of year to date wages or taxes taken out. this led me to believe that the owner was not paying taxes like he was supposed to be doing. so know my bf can't even file taxes or collect unemployment until he can find another job. i was wondering if there was something that he could do about the situation like call the irs or someone else to try and get what's due to him? he worked there more than three months. it was more like close to a year.
