So im going to college and have 3 lines with t-mobile. I want to switch one of the lines over to at&t because I do not get very good service in the location in which I am going (UC DAVIS). So my question is, can I call tmobile and ask to cancel one of my lines (and port my number to at&t) without the termination fee, for reason that I cannot get service at UC DAVIS?
@Sean
well thank you, but I have heard of some instances where it is against t-mobile contract to make a person pay for service that they cannot receive when moving to a different location. But of course you have to prove it with documentation I'm guessing, plus the whole roundabout of complication.
And thank you for the bit of advice about at&t, I'm going to do exactly what you said!
