Hi I'm new here. I'm a 44 year old woman. I've had panic attacks for 20 years now. It started after my second born was a year old. (I lost my first child to siRAB) Last year I changed doctors and was put on xanax. What a big mistake that was for me. I'm in my 15th day without them. While I am feeling much better I have anxiety all the time. I'm going to make it through the withdrawels as I'm very stronge willed. I've been through alot in my life. I was wondering if anybody knows when the aniety will go away from xanax withdrawels? I would appreciate any suggestions that anybody has.:angel:
