getting nightmares and weird dreams?

been a month since it started, i get nightmares like being chased by something or weird dreams like running but i'm not moving or seeing a big tree it all started after my grand mother passed away i really did love her she was the best
 
hey, im sorry ur having night meres, i can def. relate. my dad left us a few years ago, and its only me and my mom, and when he left (i havent talked to him since then) ive been like alot more effected by dreams. like im scared to be alone, and if i have a bad dream and wake up, i get scared and i need my mom. i think its just a natural thing to the trama of ur grandmother... even now, like 3 years since my dad left, i still get scared or alone alot, so i hope everything gets better for u
