I got a tattoo in October of 2009, and there are a few spots on it that are really faded (which i don't know if that is even normal, considering the tattoo is not that old) but i wanted to get those areas touched up..are tattoo artists required to do this for free, or is it too late and will i have to pay something. And if i do, how much do you think?
