I just asked a question about the ninja 250r and since everyone said to turn my head I started looking up the 650r's. The main reason I am going with a ninja is the insurance is half of what a honda CBR 600 is. I found a 07 ninja 650r used for 3500 bucks. This is 500 lower then what I would pay for the 2009 250s i was looking at. it has 2700 miles and looks pretty nice. My only worries is that since I have 0 experience riding a manual shift two wheel vehicle I don't want it to be to powerful for me. Will this be to much for a new rider? also besides power does the 07 650 have any other benefits to a 09 250? thanks a bunch.
