Getting justice? Jailed for posting pictures?

That sucks...your point? This happens more often in the United states than it does in canada, AND we have a better health care plan.

A Canadian man from Grande Prairie will spend some time in jail for posting pictures of himself (with his face blocked out) and his 17 year old girlfriend on the internet.
A "deplorable" Grande Prairie man who posted sexually explicit photos of his 17-year-old ex-girlfriend on a website out of revenge earned a one-year jail term yesterday.

Bradley Edmond Brinacomb, 30, was also placed on two years of probation following his release after pleading guilty to one count of distribution of child pornography.

In America, he would had gotten 10 years and been labeled a sex offender for life. Wow, Canada has a sex offender registry just as bad as the states.

What he did was bad, but to be labeled a sex offender for 20 years is ridiculous because he obviously isn't a sex offender. He is vindictive and wrathful, but not a sex offender. At least the girlfriend that alleged assault against him learned a stern lesson, even if he had to sacrifice his life to do it.

Women are rarely punished for their bad behavior as evidenced by the bias Court of Queen's Bench Justice Sterling Sanderman quote, "It is deplorable, a complete lack of CHIVALRY and a complete lack of understanding that a young woman would want to have her sexual integrity kept private, not broadcast to the general public." God forbid you hurt the reputation of a woman (I mean queen) after she attempted to hurt yours!

When I first heard the term child porn, I thought it only applied to actual children, but I guess to prevent people dropping out of high school and doing pornography, it had to be moved to 18. (Traci Lords. *cough*) Child porn should be defined as actual children, not grown women.

Bunch of stupid Canuks, getting more ignorant than Americans. Chivalry, conservationism, and feminism are the bane of men, even though most men unknowingly support this nonsense.
