I'm 17 and and finally getting braces because my teeth were perfect before...but now they're moving. I'm getting Invisalign on my top teeth and ceramic/white braces on the bottom. I was just wondering if anyone has done this and could give me any tips (like on eating, brushing, flossing, anything)!!
I was just wondering because with invisalign and ceramic braces i'm going to have to follow 2 sets of rules...taking out the invisalign trays before eating, then brushing AND trying not to drink soda, coffee, or tea which could stain the ceramic braces
So, if you've done invisalign with white braces please any tips would be great! thanks!
