I was hired in a federal job this past year, hence I am serving a one year probationary term. I was recently threatened by my immediate manager to be fired within the next week. Recently he has fired two co-workers of mine. He states that my performance is lackluster, and not up to standards. However, that is not the case. He is the individual who is continually reviewing my work (which is his job and I completely understand). However, he misconstrues my actions to appear that I cannot do the job, appear that I constantly violate rules and regulations, makes every possible attempt to sink my performance review, and is very disrespectful and condensending towards me. The fact of the matter is that I do my job well, follow the rules, do the best I can do everyday, and do nothing to antangonize or make this manager want to sink me. I am rather nice, respectful, and always listen to what this manager tells me to do. What should I do, because I can't afford to lose my job? I
