im 17, 5ft exactly weigh 9 stone ( 135 pounds) my BMI is 26.4 which means im over weight. it completly sucks. i eat alot of healthy stuff but i wouldnt say im a health freak i walk nearly everywere as i dont drive. i do dancing however my belly is not toned and im really tubby looking from my stomach to my thighs. i can admit that i am a real sucker for drinking fizzy juice ? could this be the problem ?
