I went on a 40 day vacation came back august 11th. Started training again, but I've noticed I feel really heavy, I haven't done any speed training yet, just form and some 150, 200, 300 and stuff, just 3 runs pery day then I feel so heavy and tight. And normally people just take a break till september than start running. Should I take a week off or should I keep running just to get back into shape as soon as possible jcuz october is hard training, and I was thinking weight training during september to decemberish.
