academy appointment? Hey, I got a NYC pink slip summons a couple of hours ago for public urination. I am 17. Will this go on my criminal record? The park rangers who issued the summons told me that it wouldn't be on my record suffice that I pay the debt. Technically, my wrong-doing counts as a violation, not a misdemeanor. I don't know how that works out criminal record-wise. Will this be a factor in denying me an ROTC scholarship/service academy appointment? I've been an upstanding citizen for 17 years. One really urgent moment resulted in my public urination. I'm planning on submitting the fine. They say that the paying of the fine is an admission to the violation. Will this be on my record/affect my chances with military college options?
