getting a urine sample taking for a uti will they be able to see that i did ecstasy?

So 4 days ago i did ecstasy and now im thinking i have a kidney infection and i have to go to the doctors. Im going to have to get a urine sample there, and im wondering if they will be able to see that i've done it, or if they won't unless they are actually testing me for drug use?
 
They will not run a drug use test, no. They will simply test your urine for the presence of blood cells and bacteria (indicating infection).

MDMA can cause kidney problems, though, especially if you don't drink enough water while on it. So be careful in the future. There is a fine balance - you need to be hydrated, but NOT TOO MUCH, as MDMA impairs kidney function sometimes and people can get "water poisoning".

MDMA can be safe, but you need to know what you are doing. Even if they do test for drugs, under confidentiality laws, the dr. can't tell anyone except you, anyway.

They will, of course, ask you sexual questions, so don't be surprised or offended. Health professionals do not judge you, they just need accurate information to help you get better.
 
Well, if they were testing for specifically drugs, then yes. But seeing as they are just checking to see if you have an infection, no. You have to test for that stuff. They are specifically testing for "health reasons". They will not even be looking for that. That's a whole other testing.
