how much does one cost, if i get one does it look like i was the opposite sex before, do i get pleasure from sex, do i sound like the opposite sex after the surgery. I am a male but want to be a women.
I'm not quite sure how much it costs, but I think it takes more then one surgery to complete the process because they'll have to give you girl parts...
