Getting a "Perfect Red Lip" And getting my nails painted?

My cousin and i did a stupid little bet and now i have to let her give me a perfect red lip, what does that mean anyway? And sorry for posting this again, i forgot to say that i have to let her do my nails too.. So what do you think she will do to my nails? And yes, i'm a guy

a perfect red lip will probably be bright red lips using lipstick..
and then your nails might match..or you'll get something totally different..haha good luckk.
 
haha a perfect red lip is just putting red lipstick and stuff on and your nail ohh boy!!=]
