Getting a job whilst at university?

I am just about to start my second year of university and have been offered an evening and morning position with a company.

I have accepted the position and am now starting to wonder whether it was a good idea doing this as im going to miss out on a lot of things with my friends.

Also I need a bit of extra money for rent this year as its a bit more expensive.

Can anyone advise me on what to do?
