Getting a horse in an outline...again?

Ok, so, getting the idea that you need to use seat, legs and hands to get horse in a good outline, and understanding what it is...

However, I don't understand what my seat needs to be doing..I'm guessing a forward driving seat? Any help here would be amazing:)

Also, how do I maintain contact, as I often lose contact as the reins slip through my hands (especially right), even though I hold my rein in the 'correct' way.
