Getting a bit of a gut

I'm worried about the size of my stomach over the last 6 months!

It doesn't make sense, as I'm not a drinker (I hav about 4 pints a month!), I eat healthily (plenty of fruit, veg, not much junk food) and I get at least a decent amount of exercise (go to the gym twice a week and tend to do a fair bit of walking).

For some reason, my gut is going outwards. And I'm only 22! I get really bloated constantly, and I get really concious that people are noticing. I have to suck in whenever I walk around at work, and it's made worse by the fact that I'm not even remotely large. I'm 10.5 stone and 5'11".

Not sure what could be causing this, or even more importantly, how to get rid of it?

It tends to be worse after eating, but ridiculously this morning I had sausage, beans and egg for breakfast (a rare treat, not a regualr occurance) and my stomach was fine, and then later on all I had was a ham and tomoto sanie and it went huge within 10mins!

Argh.
