In this game can change clothes, have a wanted level, steal cars, and shoot people like in the Grand theft Auto games?
What other games for PS2 are like that?
 
Scarface: The World is Yours
The Godfather
Driver: Parallel Lines

Their very similar to gta. But gta is still the best!
They're worth playing though if you really love the genre. That kind of games belong to the genre called "sandbox".
