I am 17 and usually work out 5 days a week for an hour and half each day with weights then cycle for 10-30 mins, depending on my energy level. I am pretty strong, benching over 300 pounds and have a lot of muscle mass. I want to continue gaining in strength, but cut off all the fat. I have started eating less ( no i am not starving myself) and avoiding junk food such as fast food and chips. I just want to know if there's anything else i can do? And i have only been doing this cycling for about a week and half and havent seen much results.
