Get Through His Jail Term?

My boyfriend recently went to jail. I know that I can right to him and visit him, but I was wondering if there were any other good ways of dealing with this. I'm not sure how long he is in there for, but every day gets harder. Any advice, tips, suggestions, and/or support that you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,
He got arrested for breaking parole. He got caught drinking, and parole says no drinking. Any idea how long he will be in there for?
Also, I plan on staying with him, so please don't tell me to break up with him or to find someone else.
Also, what are the visitation rules in NH? He is in Merrimack County House Of Corrections, if it matters.
Finally, are there any online support groups or chat rooms, or even things in real life, or anything like that where I can meet/talk to/get support from other people who are either going through or have gone through similar situations? Thank you.

you should be able to call the clerk of the court's office to find out his sentence. There are usually support groups for families of inmates in many communities. You may want to look one of those up and see if one fits your needs.

What is he in for? And this something for your own sake need to be concerned about?

When my ex was in jail it cost me mad money. I wrote him every day, visited him 3 times a week, and put crazy amounts of money on my phone so he could call me every night for 20 minutes. I also put money on his books so he could buy honey buns and envelopes and gamble with commissary.

He got out of jail, changed up his life for 3 months, dumped me a few months after I got pregnant, started smoking meth with his cousins, went to the hospital for ODing twice, and a year later is back in jail for shoplifting and drug possession and looking at 2 years in prison. He still hasn't met his son.

Yeah, I was really good to him when he was in jail the first time. Bought everything he said about how he was tired of being bad and was ready to be good. SUCCCCKKKKKEEEERRRR. I don't feel sorry for myself anymore, but I do feel sorry for my son. He will be walking and talking before his dad even sees him, if he even ever does.

Good luck with yours, I hope he makes healthier lifestyle choices than mine did.
