Im 13 and i feel kinda uncomfortable with my body. I have a really bad back from cheering so whenever I run it gets really irritated so i cant run or else my back will be screwed up again. Im starting to cut back on ALL junk food. just veggies, fruit, water, ect. i was just wondering what kinda of stretches could help the weight fall off faster? like lunges for thighs and crunches for stomach? and how many should i do and how long will it take to lose like 10-15 pounds? thank you so much
