Get rid of honk whenever I lock/unlock car (Honda Civic)?

I own a 2007 Honda civic. Part of the security feature causes the car to honk whenever I lock/unlock it with the key-less entry. I have become annoyed of it, as it is loud and attracts attention.

Is there any way to disable the honking, or at least turn down the volume?
