hi everyone..i just bought a samsung intercept fone not too long ago...and it freezes up alot alot and can be really slow at times so i recently downloaded an app called automatic task killer or something like that . and earlier today my mom called me and the phone process kept force closing and so i removed the battery and tryed to cut it back on and now its stuck in a boot loop ...is there anyway to fix this? can i do like a hard reset on it even tho it wont boot all the way?..please help!!
