Get a job at restaurant with no experience?

I'm looking to get a job in a restaurant, but I have no experience working in a restaurant, so obviously I'd ask for an entry level job like busing tables.. But what about my resume? I'm 18, a senior in high school, and have no work experience at all.
What exactly do I need to do to secure a part time job at a restaurant? Any input is appreciated.
