wondering if there are any? symptoms to it? Are there any clues one might be able to tell if you have it? I hope i don't need to take the 3 hour test if ever! Any information ladies?

I had gestational diabetes with my first pregnancy. I had no symptoms at all. I did have to go back for the three hour test, which sucked.
The only thing you have to do when you have it is watch your diet. Your doc will most likely send you to a nutritionist to help guide you on what to eat.
The only clue I know of would be a larger baby. My baby was measuring only a couple of days larger at the begining of my pregnancy but at my U/S last week he was measuring a lot bigger and the specialist asked if I had diabetes because that could be ther reason he was so big. I have my glucose test Wednesday and I am really nervous now!
