hi, I am new here, my acne has been really bad recently that I decide to make and account and ask about it here, I hope I can find some more help here
it wasn't this bad before, I never had any acne problems, but recently I am not sure why it just broke out
I got acne growing ever since I turned 21 4 months ago, and it only got worse
my acne are mainly on my forehead and both sides of chins, with some scars on the cheeks
I tried all kinRAB of cream and acid to treat it and nothing works
I also eat really healthily as I am into fitness, ya know that triangle chart? I follow that quite well
I also run on my treadmill for at least 40min. each and every night, and eat omega-3 fish oil pills every morning and night
so recently, I went to some beauty consultant, who recommended me Gernetic products, and I also inquired about the laser treatment
now, I use 4 Gernetic products every morning and night, had been using them for half a month, 2 for cleaning and 2 for treating
also did laser 2 times already, once each week
there might be improvements, like some of the places are starting to shred new skin, I am not too sure, but the doc who helped me with the acne says there are..
I was wondering if I use the products for 1 more month, and 4 more times of laser, will my acne be, at least, cured to just scars?
coz I am going to another country to meet up with my girlfriend that I haven't seen for months, and I would hate it if I look like I do recently when I see her..
please give me some hope, thank you!
