(German) Some poetry questions?

Could I get a translation of two quotes from poems?

Because these are famous poems there are lots of translations around the internet, but they're all verse translations so the words are changed to fit the poetic structure and only approximate what the original poem said. I'd like to understand the original German.

Here's the first. It's from Goethe's "Faust".

H?r' ich Rauschen, h?r' ich Lieder
H?r' ich holde`Liebesklage?

I'd especially like to know what "holde' Liebesklage" means. There are all kinds of substitutions made in the translations.

Here's the second. It's from "Das Lied von der Glocke" by Schiller.
Bunt von Farben
Auf den Garben
Liegt der Kranz.

It apparently has something to do with flowers and wheat?

Also if you know this poem, can you explain to me what this passage has to do with the bell that is the main subject of the poem? Or how this fits in exactly? Here it is in context.

(Yes, I know there's an English translation on the next page. But I'm pretty sure it's not a literal translation.)
