Hi. My first post here. I have read enough to see that some people, like my husband, recognize a correlation between GERD and heart palpitations. He suffers with both. I have taken Zantac and Tagamet for my GERD, but both of those have "irregular heartbeat" listed as possible side effects. So, does anyone have a suggestion for a good medicine for reflux that doesn't have the potential side effect of irregular heartbeat? He takes a lot of Pepcid. Also, we're working on changing his diet
